 Cooking with Chef Peter at Sassi March 14

 

Join Chef Peter DeRuvo on Saturday March 14 at 2 pm for a cooking class featuring three courses and the opportunity to observe and learn one-on-one from the chef.
Featuring the cuisine of Sicily, the March 14 menu will include cavatelli pasta with turnips and ricotta salata; lamb shank with mascarpone, polenta and local greens; and blood orange sorbetti for dessert.
